1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Glora Sheet(“Company”, “we”, “us”) and all prospective or transacting clients (“Customer”, “you”), encompassing interior architects, design consultants, commercial contractors, fabricators, and individual property owners.

By browsing our catalog on glorasheet.com, interacting with our WhatsApp advisory channels, or executing an order, you represent that you possess the legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to enter into binding agreements.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Invoicing

Currency & Taxes: All standard product prices and quotes are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless explicitly noted as tax-inclusive, quotations are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18% or prevailing statutory rates) and local transport freight.

Dispatch Timelines: In-stock samples are dispatched same-day or within 24 hours. Express courier transit typically takes 24 to 48 hours to reach your doorstep.
Fair Use Cap: To prevent program misuse, a fair use policy limits initial requests to 6 swatches per project. Additional swatches or full catalog binders can be requested via dedicated consultation.

5. Order Booking, Payment & Logistics

Order processing commences upon mutual confirmation:

Payment Terms: In-stock sheet orders require 100% payment clearance prior to vehicle loading and dispatch. Custom pressing, special veneer fluting, or made-to-order architectural panels require a 50% advance booking deposit with the remaining 50% payable prior to final transport dispatch.
Payment Modes: We accept online transfers via UPI, RTGS/NEFT to our corporate bank account, and secure card payments via Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not supported for full-sheet decorative surface freight.
Site Unloading:Full 8×4 ft sheets are heavy and rigid. Transportation is delivered curbside/ground floor at the site address. It is the Customer's responsibility to arrange adequate labor or elevator arrangements to shift panels into the premises.

6. Pre-Installation Inspection Mandate

Mandatory Pre-Cutting Inspection Clause

The Customer and their executing contractor/carpenter MUST thoroughly inspect every sheet upon receipt before cutting, sizing, sanding, routing, or applying adhesive. Once a sheet has been cut, pasted to plywood, or modified in any manner, all rights of return, exchange, or replacement are permanently extinguished.

Any surface scratches, manufacturing blemishes, or transit damages must be photographed and reported to our dispatch desk within 48 hours of delivery and prior to any substrate mounting.

7. Surface Warranty & Liability Limitations

Scope of Warranty: Glora Sheet warrants that all decorative sheets comply with technical manufacturing specifications against surface delamination, bubbling, and premature color degradation when installed in indoor environments in accordance with standard architectural carpentry best practices.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:
- Improper substrate preparation (uneven plywood, moisture-laden walls, low-grade sub-bases).
- Incorrect adhesive usage (failure to use recommended contact adhesives or improper curing).
- Water immersion or continuous outdoor direct sunlight exposure (unless specified for exterior grade).
- Physical scratches, impact dents, thermal burns, or acidic chemical cleaning abuse.
Limitation of Financial Liability: Under no circumstances shall Glora Sheet's aggregate liability exceed the invoiced net purchase price of the specific defective sheet. We shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, labor, carpenter, or project delay damages.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All trademarks, logos, high-resolution product photography, 3D renderings, texture catalogs, editorial guides, and software code on https://glorasheet.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Glora Sheet. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, hotlinking, or commercial re-use without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling delivery obligations where such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, flood, earthquakes, governmental restrictions, truck transport strikes, regional highway blockades, raw material embargoes, or epidemic quarantines.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith executive discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, all legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
